1. About the samples
Once receiving your payments for trial orders and the delivery cost, we will ship the samples to you soon. The prices of the samples are the same as those on the pricelist. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.
2. About Price List
Our price list will keep updated based on the raw material market. Please tell us the detailed information (model names and quantity) of the cartridges you are interested in, then we will offer the best quotations according to your requirements.
3. About the shipment
Express Delivery (DHL, UPS, TNT and other companies): Delivery products to your door in about 3~5 days. (Safe and quick door to door delivery, suitable for orders within small small quantity of toner and ink cartridges.)
Air Freight: Ship the packages to your local airports in about one week. (Its very quick to ship your middle-scale cartridge orders to your nearest airports.)
Ocean Transportation: Ship your container orders to your nearest seaport. (Very cheap but take more time to ship the orders to your local ports, suitable for orders including large size of toner cartridges and large quantity of heavy ink cartridges.)
After confirming the order quantity and shipment, we could offer a shipping cost quotation from our long-term cooperated shippers. Clients can also find their own shippers to pick up the orders.
4. About Packages
You could select white box, neutral color box and your own brands (special logos, labels and packages). For producing clients own packages, there will be quantity limitation. Please contact our sales persons for detailed information.
5. About Payment Terms
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union as payment terms for samples or small orders and L/C (Letter of Credit) for larger orders whose total value will exceed US$50,000.
6. About the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
Basically, our minimum order quantity is 50pcs each model, but we accept small order as trial order.
7. About Quality Guarantee
Different items have different defective rates and warranty. The defect rate will not exceed 0.3% for Compatible Epson and Canon ink cartridges, 1% for HP & Lexmark black toner and ink cartridges and 2-3% for HP color ink and toner cartridges.
Product warranty is from 3 months, 6 months to 12 months warranty. We will 1:1 return the replacements for unqualified products caused by our factory.
